Abstract:	北伐的過程，有幾個重要課題，軍事的、政治的和國際的。由於諸帝國主義國家在我國士內有租界，在北伐的過程中，免不了牽連到這些租界問題。本文係日本駐中國外交官對其國內所作有關報告的介紹，由此我們可以窺悉日本政府對租界的看法和所探取的因應措施。此外，日本外交官也很重視當時我國的政局，故本文也提到他們對我北方政局的看法，當可供國內研究北伐時期日本對華政策的參考。
