| 摘要: | 本研究探討聚酯縫編不織布經阻燃撥水加工應用於汽車內飾之研究，本實驗使用阻燃劑濃度7%、8%、9%、10%和撥水劑濃度4%、5%、6%、7%、8%，撥水劑濃度在範圍內撥水評級均達到3級以上，而阻燃劑隨著濃度7%至10%，燃燒速率由168.7mm/min下降至79.0mm/min。水平燃燒以CNS13387制定之合格標準，燃燒速率不超過102mm/min即為合格，其撥水效果則以接觸角測試判斷與CNS10461噴灑試驗評級。
The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of flame retardant and water-repellent treatment of knitted non-woven polyester fabric in automotive interiors. This study tested fire retardant content ranges from 7 to 10% and water-repellent content ranges from 4 to 8%, respectively. The water repellency was classified as Grade 3 and above when 4 - 8% of water-repellent was applied. The burning rate has also decreased from 168.7 mm/min to 79.0 mm/min following 7 - 10% fire retardant treatment. The flammability test is considered pass with CNS13387 standard compliance, where the burning rate does not exceed 102mm/min. The water repellency test was determined according to contact angle assessment and CNS10461 standard spray test. |
