| 摘要: | 本次實驗是利用熱定型處理的拉伸率來提高T+OP混紡織物顏色的對色率，由實驗結果顯示在未拉伸時三種灰色的一次對色率只有59%，經由熱定型拉伸之後可以提高整體顏色一次對色率到達75%，可以得知用熱定型拉伸率可以提高16%對色率的效益，亦即可以顯著降低修色的比率與生產成本。
This experiment is to use the stretch ratio of heat-setting treatment in improving the color-matching ratio of T + OP blended fabrics during dyeing processes. The experimental results show that three kinds of gray specimen after heat-setting stretched have the color-matching ratio reaching to 75% while those non-stretched ones only 59%. It obviously indicates that the effectiveness of heat-setting stretch ratio on the color-matching ratio for the T+OP blended fabrics can be raised by about 16%. And according to this result, an inference can be drawn that the re-dyeing ratio of the T+OP blended fabrics examined as well as production costs all would be significantly decreased. |
