摘要:	隨著資訊科技的快速發展和手機流動裝置的普及，消費支付方式從以前單一的貨幣交易，逐漸出現信用卡交易其後更出現手機支付，支付方式變得更為多元化。在這個轉變的過程中，研究者觀察到澳門雖然是一個擁有多元文化的現代化城市，但手機支付的採用程度卻不及中國大陸，到底是其麽原因影響澳門的手機支付發展?是硬件不支援、手機支付不便利、亦或是涉及隱私問題呢? 同時，從大陸和台灣的文獻和論文中發現影響採用手機支付的原因，和便利、隱私、安全等有顯著的關係，所以作者採用科技接受模式為理論架構，並以澳門作為主要的調查範圍，探討澳門手機支付的未來發展和影響使用者使用手機支付的因素。本研究以澳門市民作為主要研究對象，探討影響消費者使用手機支付意願的因素，由於以手機為首的行動裝置普及率和非現金交易已經非常普遍，但在手機支付的普遍性方面，與一關所隔中國大陸有著出乎意料的差距。本研究希望藉著相關研究，瞭解澳門手機支付遭遇的阻礙以及影響消費者使用意願的因素，進而提供建議和改善。本研究將分為理論和問卷分析兩大部分，理論部分主要根據相關文獻並提出研究假設，尋求適當的文獻提供研究面向的支撐。問卷部分方面則設計網絡問卷收集資料，並加以分析、統計及驗證，以驗證本研究的假設。本次問卷發放時長為30日，成功收回217份網上問卷，實際可使用的問卷共209份。研究結果顯示手機支付使用者對於個人隱私顧慮、安全顧慮、知覺有用性以及知覺易用性有顯著影響，如果手機支付業者能採取相應的策略，將有望能提高消費者採用手機支付的使用意願。最後，本研究對於研究限制以及分析結果加以說明，並對未來相關的研究方向提出建議。 With the development of technology, the payment way is change. We can use cash, credit card and mobile to pay bills. In this transformation process, although Macau is a multiculturalism city, researcher finds that, Cash pay is their first selection. The researcher wants to find factors which effect Macau’s payment. Hardware? convince or private? At the same time, the researcher discovers convince and private are obvious affect people who use mobile pay. The researcher used the Technology Acceptance Model and focus in Macau to find the reasons affect people use mobile pay. This research focus on Macau people, provide research hypothesis after literature research. Use internet to build up a network questionnaire, analysis, statistics and proof to find what reason affect people who use mobile pay. Make some suggestions and improvement. Maybe this thesis can provide some consultation to Macau mobile payment. This research separates as two parts, the first part is theory. The second part is questionnaire analysis. The questionnaire period is thirty days and received two hundred seventeen responses. Two hundred and nine are effective. The result show that privacy, security, usefulness and easy to use are significant impact consumer to use mobile pay. If mobile payment providers can adopt corresponding strategies, they can increase consumers' willingness to use mobile payment. Finally, it is about explain research limitations and analysis results, make some suggestions for the future research.
