    摘要: 本研究目的旨在探討新北市公共托嬰中心托育人員面對疑似發展遲緩嬰幼兒的保育壓力與其因應過程之研究。故本研究以立意性選取新北市公共托育中心為對象進行探討。在疑似發展遲緩嬰幼兒保育層面上,托育人員會面臨早療相關專業知能問題諮詢進而衍生出多元性的壓力源。
    本研究法採用質性研究深度訪談法,針對八位受訪者以半結構式訪談蒐集資料。以家庭壓力理論(ABC-X)理論探討托育人員個人、疑似發展遲緩嬰幼兒、家長及中心組織等各系統之互動意涵,藉以瞭解受訪者的內在世界與實際歷程,並深入探索其中。
    研究結果顯示,一、早療托育照顧人力問題:在時間、資源、人力有限的情況下,試圖實踐均衡照顧每位嬰幼兒的方式,以自主彈性安排工作方式,對於人力的需求窘迫問題,使得托育人員必須增加自身體能強度或是利用下班後的時間做個別協助,在這樣的情況下,導致對於需照顧疑似發展遲緩嬰幼兒之意願降低,進而產生離職意念。二、早療托育家長調適歷程之發現:現今台灣社會尚存「大雞晚啼」這樣的想法,家長缺乏早期療育知能的重要性;疑似發展嬰幼兒之家長應積極參與早期療育親子相關課程,提升教養知能且對於早療資源運用的觀念是刻不容緩的。三、托育人員應具備早療知能與協助動機:托育人員對於早療知能方面大多針對於發展檢核表上的運用,故在早期療育較深入部分與早療會談知能上較薄弱,導致親師溝通中較無法提供早療深入性的教養與親子互動方式,主因可能未曾接觸早療課程、非本科系及未具備照顧經驗,且協助的動機較以工作型態應對。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the research on the nursery staff of the New Taipei City Baby Care Center in the face of childcare pressures of suspected retarded development and its response process. It is inevitable to evaluate the situation of welfare services received by children with developmental delays. Therefore, this study adopts a deliberate selection of the New Taipei City Public Education Center for research and discussion. At the level of care for infants and children with suspected developmental delays, childcare workers will I can talk about early treatment-related majors and talk about early treatment-related consultations, which can easily generate multiple stressors.

    This research method uses a qualitative research in-depth interview method to collect resources in a semi-structured interview with eight interviewees. Use the family stress theory (ABC-X) theory to explore the interactive implications of individual systems of caregivers, suspected stunted infants, parents, and central organizations, in order to understand the internal world and actual history of the interviewees and explore them in depth .

    The research results show that: 1. The problem of human care in early treatment and nursery: when time, resources, and manpower are limited, trying to practice a balanced way of caring for each infant and young child, arranging work methods in an autonomous and flexible manner, and distressing the demand for manpower, As a result, the nursery staff must increase their physical strength or use the time after work as individual assistance. In this case, the willingness to take care of infants with suspected developmental delays is reduced, and the intention to leave is formed. 2. Discovery of the adaptation process of early childhood care parents: Especially in Taiwanese society, there is such a saying as late bloomer, which intangibly encourages the idea that it only takes more time. Parents need to realize the importance of early treatment It is necessary to actively participate in early curative parent-child related courses to improve parenting knowledge and the use of early treatment resources. This is an urgent issue. Third, the nurses 'knowledge and motivation in early treatment: The nurses' knowledge in early treatment is mostly aimed at developing the knowledge of using knowledge on the checklist. In the early part of the early treatment, the knowledge is weak in the talks, leading to the teacher In communication, it is less able to provide in-depth early treatment and parent-child interaction methods. The main reasons are that they may not take early treatment courses, non-undergraduate departments, and have no care experience, and the motivation to assist is more coped with work.
