Nows a day there are many foreign learners starting in learning South-Asia languages as well as the Malay language. According to the search result in 2019, the number of Korean learners in learning the Malay language is getting increasing year by year. But one of the difficulty that learners often facing is the affixation in the Malay language. As we know that the Korean language is also obtained a system of affixation and maybe understanding affixes in the Malay language through native language is an effective way of learning the Malay language.
Derivation by adding an affix to a word is a process in producing a new word. However, affix is not a proper word in any languages and it's cant be searched in a dictionary. But affixes in the Korean language is totally different from this say. First of all affixes in the Korean language can be searched in every dictionary and it's list down with examples just like a proper word and this is the reason that we can learn the affixes of the Korean languages easily with just a dictionary. But unlike affixes in Malay languages, it's not listed in any dictionary like a proper word at all and it's too difficult for every foreign learner as well as Korean native learner in understanding the affixes in the Malay language.
In the way to get rid of helping Korean native Malay language learner to understanding affixes in the Malay language easily, this study is going to use both Korean and Malay languages knowledge, like morphology, semantics, and functions to understanding each other.
현재 동남아 언어를 배우는 열풍이 불고 있으며 한국에서 동남아 언어를 배우는 모어자도 점점 늘리고 있다. 그 중에서 말레이어나 인도네시아어가 유사한 점이 많아서 동시에 양 언어를 배우는 한국어 모어자도 적지 않다. 다만 말레이어의 접사 체계가 매우 복잡하며 특히 접두사를 배우기가 쉽지 않다. 그리하여 한국어의 접사 체계를 통하여 말레이어나 인도네시아어의 접사 체계를 이해하는 것은 하나의 유효적인 방법이다.
파생법은 의존형태소인 접사가 실질형태소인 어근과 결합하여 새 단어를 파생시킬 수 있으며 접사가 실질적인 형태가 아니라 보통 사전에 따로 실리지 않은 것으로 알고 있지만 한국어의 접사는 그렇지 않다. 한국어의 접사는 실질적인 낱말처럼 사전마다에 실려 있으며 의미 해석과 용례를 포함하여 실려 있다. 이와 달리 말레이어의 모든 접사는 사전에 실리지 않으며 의미 해석을 쉽게 찾을 수 없어서 이해하기가 어렵다.
이어서, 한국어 모어자에게 본논문에서 자기 익숙한 한국어를 통하여 말레이어의 접사 체계를 쉽게 이해시킬 수 있도록 한국어의 접사 체계를 밝혀지며 형태적, 의미적과 기능적인 특징으로 말레이어의 접두사를 이해시킨다.
