本研究的目的在於瞭解新北市托嬰中心工作人員對托嬰中心的評鑑之認知與投入意願之現況,與差異情形,並探討認知與投入意願之關聯,依研究結果提出相關建議。本研究結果發現如下:
一、新北市托嬰中心工作人員對評鑑的認知情形良好。
二、新北市托嬰中心工作人員對評鑑的投入意願為中等程度。
三、新北市托嬰中心不同「學歷┘、「任職年資┘工作人員對評鑑的
認知看法有明顯差異。
四、新北市托嬰中心不同「年齡┘、「專業背景┘、「職稱┘、「中心
規模┘工作人員對評鑑的認知看法沒有顯著差異。
五、新北市托嬰中心不同「年齡┘、「任職年資┘、「中心規模┘工作人員對評鑑的投入意願看法有明顯差異。
六、新北市托嬰中心不同「學歷┘、「專業背景┘、「職稱┘工作人員
對評鑑的投入意願沒有顯著差異。
七、托嬰中心工作人員對評鑑之認知與投入意願具高度相關。
為了提升工作人員對評鑑的正確認知,本研究建議托嬰中心可以在平時教保會議中,多加討論評鑑認知相關內容,支持創新研究參訪其他托嬰中心,並獎勵員工投入評鑑,對學歷高中(職)畢業的工作人員,建議可以主動進修以提升專業知能。
The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of the evaluation cognition and evaluation willingness to participate of the staff of the nursery centers in New Taipei City, and to analyze the differences in the cognition and willingness to participate of the staff with different backgrounds in the evaluation, and to discuss the relationship between the cognition and willingness to participate of the staff in the evaluation conducted by the Social Welfare Department, New Taipei City Government. According to the results of this study, they could be references as the planning and adjustment of the evaluation of the competent authorities of New Taipei City and the owners of the nursery centers.
In this study, the questionnaire of the evaluation cognition and evaluation willingness to participate of the staff of the nursery centers was used as a research tool, and the staff of the public and private nursery centers in New Taipei City in 2018 included directors, nurses, administrative staff, caregivers, and kitchen workers as research objects. Finally, the total of 364 questionnaires were sent, 346 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 95.0%. Furthermore, Descriptive Statistics, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and other related statistic methods for data analysis were conducted. The conclusions of this study are as follows.
1. The evaluation cognition of the staff of the nursery centers in New Taipei City is well.
2. The level of the evaluation willingness to participate of the staff of the nursery centers in New Taipei City is moderate.
3. There are significant differences in the evaluation cognition among the staff members of the nursery centers in New Taipei City with different educational backgrounds and seniority.
4. The staff of the nursery centers in New Taipei City with different ages, professional backgrounds, job titles, and the scale of nursery centers have consistent cognition in the evaluation.
5. There are significant differences in the evaluation willingness to participate among the staff members of the nursery centers in New Taipei City with different ages, seniority and the scale of nursery centers.
6. The staff of the nursery centers in New Taipei City with different educational backgrounds , professional backgrounds , job titles have consistent willingness to participate in the evaluation.
7. The correlation of the evaluation cognition and evaluation willingness to participate of the staff of the nursery centers in New Taipei City is moderate.
In order to enhance the staff’s correct cognition of evaluation, the suggestion of this study is that the nursery centers should discuss the content of evaluation cognition in more detail during the seminar, support innovative studies, visit other nursery centers,and encourage the staff to participate in evaluation. For staffs with an education level of high school or less, this study suggests that they should train volutarilly to improve their professional skills. |
