摘要: | 紫蘇籽油內含的不飽和脂肪酸,能有效維護心臟及保持腸道健康,幫助腦部增強記憶,改善視力,而且還有抗過敏和增強免疫能力的作用,但在過去的實驗中並沒有關於紫蘇籽油對於乙醇所誘發的胃潰瘍是否具有改善的效果,所以本研究目的在探討紫蘇籽油對乙醇誘發急性胃潰瘍的效果。本研究將48隻8 週齡SD 大鼠隨機分成8 組(每組6隻),包括水控制組,水潰瘍組,大豆油控制組,大豆油潰瘍組,紫蘇籽油控制組,紫蘇籽油潰瘍組,胃藥控制組,胃藥潰瘍組。紫蘇籽油是加熱至60-65℃,加熱壓榨所得油脂。油脂補充劑量為每天每公斤體重2 mL,ranitidine投予劑量每公斤體重30毫克,補充 7 天後,使用餵食針灌食乙醇(95% ethanol, 1 mL)誘導大鼠發生急性胃潰瘍。灌食乙醇後一小時犧牲,採取血清及胃部組織檢體並秤重。先檢視胃部組織檢體出血區域,並且計算出血面積。白血球計數測量結果顯示紫蘇籽油潰瘍組顯著低於水潰瘍組(6.8×103±0.8×103 vs 12.3×103±1.3×103)。血清生化項目包含乳酸去氫酶(Lactate dehydrogenase, LDH),丙胺酸轉胺酶(Alanine transaminase, ALT)及麩胺酸轉胺酶(Aspartate transaminase, AST)。結果顯示,紫蘇籽油潰瘍組的胃組織重量顯著低於其他各組顯示胃組織發生腫脹的情形較低,大豆油潰瘍組的LDH 生化數值明顯高於大豆油控制組(388±14 vs 249±26),而且結果也顯示紫蘇籽油潰瘍組的LDH 數值皆顯著低於其他各組的控制組,大豆油及紫蘇籽油潰瘍組間的ALT 及AST 數值則無顯著差異。水潰瘍組胃部出血的平均面積約37%大豆油潰瘍組胃部出血的平均面積約33%,紫蘇籽油組為12%,胃藥組為13%。另外,紫蘇籽油、胃藥潰瘍組為組織變性壞死、出血綜合參數分別為 (1.33±0.49、1.00±0.37)顯著低於水、大豆油潰瘍組(3.00±0.45、3.00±0.45)。綜合以上結果顯示,紫蘇籽油顯著降低乙醇誘發的急性胃潰瘍。
The unsaturated fatty acids contained in perilla seed oil can effectively maintain the heart and maintain intestinal health, help the brain to enhance memory, improve vision, and also have anti-allergic and immune-enhancing effects, but there has been no research in the past experiments. Whether perilla seed oil has an improved effect on gastric ulcer induced by ethanol, so the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perilla seed oil on ethanol-induced gastric ulcer. In this study, 48 8-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups (6 in each group), including water control group, water ulcer group, soybean oil control group, soybean oil ulcer group, perilla seed oil control group, and perilla seed oil. Ulcer group, gastric drug control group, stomach ulcer group. Perilla seed oil is heated to 60-65 ° C, heated and pressed to obtain the oil. The white blood cell count measurement showed that the perilla seed oil ulcer group was significantly lower than the water ulcer group (6.8×103±0.8×103 vs 12.3×103±1.3×103). First check the bleeding area of the stomach tissue and calculate the bleeding area. The serum biochemical project includes Alanine transaminase (ALT) and Aspartate transaminase (AST). The results showed that the weight of gastric tissue in the perilla seed oil ulcer group was significantly lower than that in other groups, LDH biochemical value of the soybean oil ulcer group was significantly higher than that of the soybean oil control group (388±14 vs 249±26).Moreover, the results also showed that the LDH values of the perilla seed oil ulcer group were significantly lower than the soybean oil ulcer group. and the ALT and AST values in the soybean oil and perilla seed oil ulcer group were not significantly different. The average area of gastric hemorrhage in the water ulcer group was about 37%. The average area of gastric bleeding in the soybean oil ulcer group was about 33%, the perilla seed oil group was 12%, and the stomach medicine group was 13%. In addition, the parameters of tissue degeneration, necrosis and hemorrhage in the perilla seed oil and gastric ulcer group were (1.33±0.49, 1.00±0.37), which were significantly lower than water and soybean oil ulcer group (3.00±0.45, 3.00±0.45). The results show that perilla seed oil significantly reduces ethanol-induced acute gastric ulcer. |
