摘要:	目的：探討大專柔道選手心理堅韌性、社會支持與復原力之關係。方法：研究對象為全國大專柔道選手，採立意抽樣方式使用網路問卷調查施測，共發放問卷312份，有效問卷回收300份，有效回收率96.15%。所得資料經典型相關分析、及多元逐步回歸分析等統計法進行資料處理。結果：一、大專柔道選手心理堅韌性與社會支持有顯著相關。二、大專柔道選手社會支持可以有效預測復原力。結論：研究顯示大專柔道選手的社會支持程度愈高對復原力具有正向預測能力，因此建議大專柔道選手遭遇挫折及打擊時，應尋求家人、朋友、教練等的幫助，能更快地幫助自己恢復良好的狀態。 Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between psychological tenacity, social support and resilience of junior college. Method: The study was conducted on the basis of the questionnaire survey, and 300 questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaire was collected and the effective recovery rate was 96.15%. Analyzed by typical correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis. Results: The psychological strength of the judo players and social support have a significant correlation. The college judo players social support can effectively predict the resilience. Conclusion: The study shows that the society of the judo players The higher the degree of support for the resilience of the positive predictive ability, it is recommended that college coma setbacks and blows, should seek family, friends, coaches and other help, can quickly help themselves to restore a good state of the judo.
