職場環境中有許多影響因素會造成職場工作者工作能力下降。若職場健康指標無法負荷該有的工作能力,可能使其工作生涯提早結束。客觀來說,提升職場健康體能來促進工作能力是維護勞工身心健康工作狀況的辦法之一。本研究以勞動力較高的製造業勞工為研究對象,探討健康體能指標以及與工作能力之相關性。研究期間與5家事業單位合作辦理健康體適能檢測活動,共招募了932位製造業勞工進行體適能測量與工作能力問卷調查。研究結果顯示,多數身體質量指數、腰臀比值、立姿體前彎、單腳站立、握力、俯臥仰體、仰臥起坐與登階心肺指數之年齡層平均值表現較過去次級資料庫差;年齡組別與體適能表現具有顯著差異;身體組成、柔軟度、平衡感與心肺功能指標等健康體適能指標與工作能力指標呈顯著相關。提升勞工健康體適能指標可能是增進工作能力的要素,並可預防生理老化造成的提早退休。
Decrease of work ability is caused by many complication risk factors in workplace. Worker's health status can also affected the job demand, and may has suffered the consequence of early retirement. To some extent, improving workplace physical fitness for greater work ability is one of solution to safeguard the work condition of labor. In this study, 932 manufacturing workers were recruited for work ability (Work Ability Index) questionnaire and physical fitness examination. Analysis of variation was conducted to determine the statistical difference in the age groups of physical fitness. Pearson's correlation coefficient test was used to measure the statistical relationship between physical fitness and work ability in manufacturing workers. Study results showed that most age groups of physical fitness indicators were testing poorer than secondary physical fitness database, and most average performances of physical fitness were significantly different in age groups. The indicators of body composition, front trunk flexibility, and cardiopulmonary durability, were significantly associated with work ability. The study results showed that better physical fitness level improves the work ability.
