Abstract:	國際軍事體育理事會（International Military Sports Council）是世界上唯一的軍事體育組織也是全球性的體育運動組織之一，更是軍事體育的領導及推動者。本文就國際軍事體育理事會組織的演進相關文獻歸類整理，概分為國際軍事體育理事會沿革與組織架構、體育競賽為組織的核心進行論述，發現近年來由於軍事戰略的考量軍事體育逐漸式微，但體育領域之知識日新月異，透過軍事體育組織的推展，讓軍人在體育運動場域中一爭高下，為的不是戰爭，而是為了讓人們遠離戰爭，實踐體育運動帶來的精神及價值。最後，藉由本文撰寫提供國軍體育從業人員掌握國際軍事體育發展趨勢外，也希望社會大眾能進一步瞭解關於軍事體育的相關資訊。 International Military Sports Council (Conseil International du Sport Militaire, CISM) is the only military sports organization in the world and is also one of the global sports organizations. CISM is the leader and pioneer in the field of military sports. The article is the compilation of the literature related to the organizational evolution of CISM, and it can be roughly divided into the chapters that are the introduction of the history of CISM, its organizational structure and its organizational core value, which is organizing sports competitions. It is found that in recent years, military sports have become less popular due to military strategic considerations of many countries. However, new knowledge keep appearing in the field of sports. Through the efforts for promotion made by the military sports organization, soldiers may compete with rivals from other countries in sports venue with the purpose which is not going to war but is to let people be far from war, and soldiers around the world can thus show sport spirit and realize its value in sports competitions. In conclusion, it is hoped that the sport-related personnel in our national armed forces can gain some knowledge of the developmental tendency of international military sports by reading this article, and the general public can also understand more information related to military sports.
