Abstract:	臺灣農村社區環境因都市化風潮與國內工商經濟蓬勃發展下，產生人口外移都市社區，造成農村僅剩高齡年長者居多，且長年之城鄉公共建設分配規劃不均問題，更造成農村發展相對嚴重落後，逐漸喪失其競爭力與多元文化特色。近年來政府相關單位逐漸重視農村社區長期缺乏有計畫且完整之建設發展，相關部會陸續推動社區總體營造、低碳永續家園及農村再生培根計畫等政策，有秩序、有計畫且持續性的推動農村社區活化再生與農業經濟轉型，期望未來臺灣農村社區發展朝向永續、自主及善用在地多元農業資源，營造環境友善和低影響衝擊之綠色低碳生活方式。 Urbanization and rapid growth of Taiwanese economy has led to massive relocation of workforce and aged the demographic structure in the rural community. In addition, decades of imbalanced infrastructure development between urban and rural area further deteriorates the level of competiveness and cultural diversity of rural community. In the past few years, the government gradually put emphasis on revising the ill-organized development plan in rural community. By implementing programs like comprehensive community development, low carbon sustainable homeland, annual manpower training plan of Rural Rejuvenation, relevant ministries have orderly and constantly transforming the agriculture-oriented economy and activating the recycling potential in rural community. It is expected that Taiwanese rural community moves towards a sustainable, self-sustained, regional resource-oriented and environmental friendly life style.
