    摘要: 本試驗旨在比較產青殼蛋菜鴨在產蛋末期產蛋與未產之血球相與血清生化值。菜鴨飼料與水採任食,在菜鴨13月齡時,將其分產蛋與未產蛋二個鴨群,每群有10隻鴨,採血以備供紅血球相與白血球相之測定,以及血清生化值之分析。結果顯示,在13月齡未產菜鴨紅血球總數目有高於產蛋鴨者之趨勢(P < 0.1),且其血紅素與血容比平均值,均顯著高於產蛋菜鴨者(P < 0.05),但MCH與MCHC平均值則在二鴨群之間均無顯著差異。產蛋與未產蛋菜鴨白血球中單核球之百分比值,以產蛋菜鴨顯著高於未產蛋鴨者(P < 0.05)。血清鹼性磷酸酶活性、總蛋白質、鈣濃度及鈣/磷比值,在產蛋與未產蛋菜鴨之間均無顯著的差異。產蛋菜鴨血清白蛋白與三酸甘油酯濃度顯著高於未產蛋菜鴨者;但血清球蛋白濃度卻反之,即以未產菜鴨者較高(P < 0.05)。血清磷離子濃度以產蛋菜鴨比未產蛋菜鴨者有較高之趨勢(P < 0.1)。在產蛋與未產蛋菜鴨血清總蛋白質濃度與白蛋白濃度、總蛋白質濃度與鈣濃度、以及白蛋白濃度與鈣濃度均有顯著相關(P < 0.05)。另外,在產蛋菜鴨血清三酸甘油酯濃度與磷濃度為顯著負相關(r = -0.66; P < 0.05),而產蛋菜鴨血清三酸甘油酯濃度與磷濃度卻呈顯著正相關(r =0.91; P < 0.01)。綜合上述,產青殼蛋雌褐色菜鴨在產蛋末期產蛋與未產蛋之血球相與血清生化值則有不同程度的差異。
    The aim of this study was conducted to comparison of the blood pictures and serum biochemical values between laying and non-laying in blue-eggshell of brown Tsaiya at terminal egg production period. Tsaiya ducks are divided into two groups of laying eggs and non-laying eggs, each group has 10 ducks, feed and water were ad libitum. In 13-month-old Tsaiya duck blood was sampled to prepared for determination of erythrocyte and leukocyte profiles and analysis of the the serum biochemical value. The results showed that the total number of red blood cells of non-laying ducks had a tendency higher than that of laying ducks (P < 0.1), and the average value of hemoglobin and PCV was significantly higher than that of laying ducks (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the mean values of MCH and MCHC of the two group ducks. The leukocyte differential account percentage of monocytes in laying ducks was significantly higher than that of non-laying ducks (P < 0.05). Serum alkaline phosphatase activity, total protein, calcium concentration and calcium/phosphorus ratio were not significantly different between laying and non-laying Tsaiya ducks. The concentration of serum albumin and triglyceride in laying ducks was significantly higher than that in non-laying ducks; however, the serum globulin concentration was higher in non-laying ducks (P <0.05). Serum phosphate concentration in laying ducks had a tendency higher than that of non-laying ducks (P < 0.1). There was a significant correlation between total protein and albumin, total protein and calcium, and albumin and calcium in serum concentration of laying and non-laying ducks (P < 0.05). In addition, the concentration of triglyceride in serum was significantly negatively correlated with the concentration of phosphorus ion (r = -0.66; P < 0.05), while the concentration of triglyceride in laying ducks were significantly positive correlated with the concentration of phosphorus (r = 0.91; P < 0.01). In conclusion, there are different degrees of difference in some parameters of blood profile and serum biochemical values between laying and non-laying ducks at terminal egg production period in blue-eggshell of brown Tsaiya ducks
