Abstract:	過去20年來，雖然挑戰對科技的傳統迷思而強調包括公民參與、多元民主、環境正義議題的由下而上的社會面，但紮根於生態現代化概念的環境研究，在台灣幾乎完全被忽視。本研究透過生態現代化考慮技術變革、經濟措施、政治與制度變遷、社會運動角色的轉變、論述轉變主題的分析架構，檢視與台灣20個縣市2014-2017年的溫室氣體排放量相關的因素，來探討台灣溫室氣體減量過程中的生態現代化發展趨勢。 This study analyzed the themes of technological innovation, economic imperatives, political and institutional change, the transforming role of social movements, and discursive change. Relevant factors for the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of 20 counties or cities in Taiwan in 2014–2017 were examined in the context of trends in ecological modernization during the process of GHG reduction in Taiwan.
