    Abstract: 本計畫擬將迴路式熱管儲冰槽結合至移動式空調機,開發創新型移動式空調機。創新型移動式空調機主要包含3大部分,分別為迴路式熱管儲冰槽、蒸氣壓縮循環系統及迴路式熱管蒸發器,並具有3種不同運轉模式分別為一般模式、儲冰模式及融冰模式。本計畫所開發之創新型移動式空調機結合了節能與儲能之優點,藉由離峰用電時段進行儲冰,並於尖峰用電時進行融冰,以有效轉移尖離峰用電之差異,並利用兩相密閉虹吸式熱管優越之熱傳性能進行熱量的傳遞,在不需外部電能來源下即可自動操作,以有效改善傳統移動式空調機使用上之問題。本計畫預計分為2年期進行,第一年度主要針對迴路式熱管儲冰槽進行理論模式與實驗量測系統建立與量測,並針對創新型移動式空調機進行原型機設計與建立。第二年度則是針對創新型移動式空調機進行各種不同模式之實驗量測與分析,並進行各種控制模式的建立,以期瞭解在各種不同操作模式下創新型移動式空調機之性能表現與操作特性。藉由本計畫的執行,可大幅提升我國移動式空調機的設計與技術能力。
    This project develop the innovative Portable Air Conditioner (PAC) which combine a loop heat pipe ice storage tank. The PAC main consist three parts, a loop-type heat pipe ice storage tank, the vapor compression cycle, and a loop-type heat pipe evaporator. PAC have three different operation modes, the general mode, the ice storage mode, the ice melting mode, respectively. The innovative PAC have the advantages of energy saving and energy storage, which storage ice during off-peak hours and melting ice during peak hours to divert the electric demand of off-peak and peak. PAC utilize the characteristic of superior heat transfer to storage energy, and automatic operate without any electric device, thus improve the problem of conventional portable air conditioner. This project divided into two years. The first year mainly focuses on the establishment and measurement of theoretical model and experimental measurement system of loop-type heat pipe ice storage tank, and designs and establishes prototypes for innovative mobile air conditioners. The second year is based on innovative mobile air conditioners in various modes of experimental measurement and analysis, and the establishment of a variety of control modes in order to understand the different modes of operation of innovative mobile air conditioner performance and operation characteristic.
