| 摘要: | 本研究是以中國台商子女角度出發，以瞭解家庭成員在家庭型態轉變為分偶前後以及結束分偶再次重聚的家庭經驗，並探究分偶家庭經驗對子女的影響。本研究採質性取向之敘事探究法，共訪談三名，過往曾歷經三年以上分偶經驗的女性。透過半結構式深度訪談法收集文本資料，再經由「整體─內容」敘事分析法進行資料整理。研究結果如下:
一、 子女所年齡影響理解分偶之能力:子女在家庭決策過程中處於被動位置。子女所處年齡左右其理解父親離家意涵之能力。
二、 進入分偶後，家庭結構的變化與影響:(一)分偶前的夫妻關係距離影響分偶的衝擊程度；人際支持系統為保護因子。(二)親子三角關係，對分偶家庭而言具有功能性。
三、 創造特殊連結，凝聚家庭成員:分偶家庭會創造出特有連結，凝聚家庭成員，但若父親仍只間歇式參與家庭，父親與家人間關係依舊可能因距離而疏離。
四、 重聚對夫妻次系統之挑戰與優勢:挑戰包含生活習慣落差引發衝突、關係距離拉近婚姻問題無所遁形。優勢則為使夫妻有重新培養關係之機會、母親親職壓力獲緩解。
五、 子女對父親再融入家庭的態度受親子關係影響:分偶時期若與父親保持正向關係，對重聚越期待，反之則否。另外，親子關係的好壞與分偶期間子女是否能與父親有較多情感連結有關。
六、 分偶家庭經驗對子女之影響:(一)分偶家庭經驗影響子女對家庭與未來婚姻的態度。(二)分偶家庭經驗養成子女獨立自主的個性；特質上出現如順從討好、察言觀色等特質。
This study is based on the perspective of the children of Taiwanese businessmen in China. It is to research the family members’ experiences before and after their family form transition to commuter family as well as experiences when family reunion. It is also to explore the influence of the overseas commuter family on their children. This study uses a qualitative approach to narrative inquiry to interview three female respondents in terms of their fathers have been away from home for more than 3 years. The qualitative research method with semi-structured interviewing is used to collect data and then organize the data through the "holistic-content" narrative analysis approach. The research results summarized as follows:
1. The age difference affected children’s ability to comprehend the meaning of commuter family: The children are in passive position in the family decision-making process. The age difference affected children’s ability to understand the intentions of his father’s leaving home.
2. After stepping into the commuter family, the changes and influences of the family structure: (1) Relationship between husband and wife before transforming to commuter family affects the degree of impact; the interpersonal support system is the protection factor. (2) The triangle relationship of parent-child is functional for the commuter family.
3. Create special links, condense family members: the commuter family will create a unique link to condense family members, but if the father still only participates in the family intermittently, the relationship between the father and the family may still be alienated by distance.
4. The challenges and advantages for couple of family reunion: the challenge involves the conflict of life habits causing conflicts, and marriage problem may emerge when relationship distance close. The advantage is that the husband and wife have the opportunity to rebuild up the relationship, and the mother's parental pressure is relieved.
5. The attitude of the children to the father’s reintegration into the family is influenced by the parent-child relationship: if the father maintains a positive relationship with their children, the more he expects the reunion, and vice versa. In addition, the quality of the parent-child relationship is associated to whether the children can have more emotional connections with the father during the time span of commuter family.
6. The impact of commuter family experiences on children: (1) Experience of commuter family affects children's attitude towards family and future marriage. (2) Experience of the commuter family develops the independent personality of the children; the traits appear such as ingratiation by obedience, observation.
Based on the above research results, this study further proposes the practice of counseling and the future research directions for reference. |
