本研究主要為了解自我概念對大學生所產生的影響,以及藝術介入會談之下對於個體的自我概念所產生之影響。探討大學生個案在會談歷程中的自我概念之發展,與藉由藝術介入會談之創作過程對個體的覺察程度與影響。
本研究以個案研究法為主,針對一私立大二升大三之大學生進行藝術介入會談,每週一次,每次50分鐘,共計12次,每次的會談歷程中皆進行作品的創作、分享與會談。同時,本研究於每次活動後進行反思,調整形成活動計畫,並整理會談歷程紀錄、研究者省思及作品影像成為研究結果。研究結果顯示經由藝術介入會談有助於大學生提升其自我概念,覺察其內在真實狀態,且能促使個體自我肯定並用更正向的觀點看待自我,藉由藝術創作作品協助大學生看見自身的轉變,並將內在力量具象化,提升個體對於自我的自信。最後,依研究結果提出結論與建議,僅供相關研究人員與實務工作者參考。
This study is mainly to understand the impact of self-concept on college students and the impact of individual self-concept under art in counseling. And explores the development of the self-concept of college students in counseling, and the degree of awareness and influence of the individual through the creative process of art in counseling.
This research using case study, designed twelve sessions of art in counseling 50 minutes once a week with a college student, every session will be both have art making, share and talk. Analyzed art in counseling record, the researchers reflect and art works to be results. However, the research find that the art in counseling will help students improve their self-concept, aware of their internal, and can promote self-affirmation and self-treat with corrections to view art works by assisting students to see their own transformation and inner strength concrete images, enhance their confidence. In the end ,the research gives suggestions to further study and practical workers.
