    摘要: 本研究以不同聚醚長度的二胺(Jeffamine)、四乙基五胺(TEPA)、三乙基四胺(TETA)、二乙基三胺(DETA)取代PEG親水鏈段,以硬脂酸、棕櫚酸、月桂酸等酸為疏水段,合成一系列陰/非離子型界面活性劑。合成產物以傅立葉紅外線光譜分析儀(FT-IR)確認分子構造,探討其界面性質包含表面張力、接觸角、起泡性,並測量其應用性質包括乳化性、pH緩衝能力、染料粒徑分佈、染料與界面活性劑之相互作用以及染色性。
    結果顯示合成產物A、B系具有降低表面張力的能力,良好的濕潤性、起泡性、pH緩衝能力。在測試產物與分散染料之相互作用及染色性,可以得知A、B系列合成產物,具有良好的分散性,因為在加入界面活性劑後,可以促使染液中的染料粒子,進行分散、溶解及解凝等現象,使得光譜吸光度上升,並且有助於分散染料染聚酯纖維時有緩染的效果。
    In this study, different polyether lengths of diamine (Jeffamine), Tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA), Triethylenetetramine(TETA), and Diethylenetriamine(DETA) were used to replace the hydrophilic PEG segments of stearate with different polyether lengths. Acid, palmitic acid, lauric acid and other acids are hydrophobic segments and a series of anionic/nonionic surfactants are synthesized. The synthesized product was confirmed by an FT-IR spectrometer to investigate its interface properties including surface tension, contact angle, and foaming property, and its application properties including emulsifiability, pH buffering ability, and dye particle size distribution were measured.     The results show that the synthetic products A and B have the ability to reduce surface tension, good wettability, foaming, and pH buffering ability. In the interaction between the test product and the disperse dye and the dyeability, it can be known that the A and B series synthetic products have good dispersibility, because after the addition of the surfactant, the dye particles in the dye solution can be dispersed and dissolved. And the phenomenon of deagglomeration, such that the spectral absorbance increases, and helps to disperse the dye when dyeing the polyester fiber to have a retarding effect.
