Abstract:	在高等教育的國際化趨勢及兩岸交流日益頻繁的情勢下，政府推動開放大陸學生來臺就學政策，並於2011年正式向大陸招生。而陸生納保議題自開放陸生來臺就讀，其中陸生納保議題掀起許多輿論，但法案依舊沒有通過。而本研究使用群際接觸理論以及質性研究法，對十位受訪者進行深度訪談，透過受訪者的真實經驗與想法，了解陸生納保是否影響選擇來臺就學之動機，以及在臺灣就學過程中的生活適應情形，進一步了解陸生對陸生納保及三限六不相關政策的看法、並探討陸生來臺就學為臺灣帶來的影響。 Under the trend of internationalization of higher education and the increasingly frequent cross-strait exchanges, the government promoted the policy of mainland students to study in Taiwan, and formally recruited students to mainland China in 2011. Since the issue of mainland students’ insurance into Taiwan opened up mainland students to study in Taiwan, this issue has aroused a lot of public opinion, however, the bill is still not passed. This study applied the theory of inter-group contact and qualitative research methods, and interviewed 10 respondents in depth .Through the real experience and ideas of the respondents, understanding whether the policy of mainland students’ insurance into Taiwan affecting the motivation of choosing to study in Taiwan, and the situation fitting for life in the process of studying in Taiwan, to further understand mainland students' views on the policies of mainland students’ insurance into Taiwan and the three-limit-six-no policies, and to explore the impact brought by mainland student attending school in Taiwan.
