Abstract:	本文以2010年至2017年「天下企業公民獎」的得獎企業為研究樣本，探討企業社會責任、企業績效與智慧資本之關聯性。根據聯立方程模型(Simultaneous Equation Models)加以檢測，實證結果發現，企業社會責任與企業績效之間具有正向相互關聯性，且智慧資本與企業社會責任、企業績效有正向影響關係。這表示，企業在履行企業社會責任與投入智慧資本後，可以帶來較佳的企業績效，對於企業的財務表現有正向幫助。 This study examines the relationship among corporate social responsibility, firm performance and intellectual capital. Original sample is selected from the award-winning companies of Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility over the period from 2010 to 2017. According to the Simultaneous Equation Models, the empirical finding shows that there is correlation between corporate social responsibility and firm performance, and it is found that corporate social responsibility, corporate financial performance and intellectual capital have a positive and significant relationship, which means that after fulfilling CSR and investing in intellectual capital, enterprises can bring better firm performance and have positive help for the corporate financial performance.
