| 摘要: | 近年年，世界人口老化成為一個普遍的趨勢，我國亦不例外。由於科技醫學的發達，使得人們在健康、醫療上得到相當的改善。讓人類的壽命得以延長。隨著家庭結構轉型，國人生育率降低，以致於新生兒出生率下滑，因而形成老年人口率逐年提升。
我國為因應高齡化社會的來臨，在2008年開始設立樂齡學習中心，目的是要讓年老者能有學習的機會，透過快樂學習而忘記自己的年齡，並進而帶入「活潑老化」的境界，因此年高學習者通常被指稱為樂齡者。然而樂齡學習中心是最貼近基層樂齡者的上課單位，政府運用活動中心或是學校教室辦理適合的課程。面臨高齡社會的龐大人口數，政府無法滿足國人上進學習的需求。
「社會企業」是近年來用以解決社會問題的ㄧ種新型態組織，不管在學術領域或是實務運作上都獲得很大的關注。它以社會公益為出發點，藉由商業模式來達成獲利，解決各種社會問題。目前在臺灣有越來越多的人加入社會企業的行列，政府也開始投入經費推行相關政策來鼓勵社會企業的發展。
本研究以深度訪談方式進行質性研究，藉此了解樂齡學習對銀髮族所需之影響，並提出未來樂齡學習對銀髮族影響之具體建議。
In recent years, the aging of the population has become the general trend throughout the world, including our country. Thanks to the advancement of technology and medicine, the health and medical care of individuals improved drastically, which prolonged the life and enhanced the quality of life. As the family structure transitioned, the birth rate of Taiwan decreased, resulting in decreased rate of newborn births, which caused an annual increase of the elderly population ratio.
To cope with the aging society in Taiwan, senior learning centers have been established since 2008. The objectives of institution are to give learning opportunities to the seniors, making them happily learn things without considering their age and bringing them to the level of “Lively Aging”. For this reason, aging learners are usually referred to happy senior learners. Even though senior learning centers are the institutional unit that is the closest to happy senior learners, where the government used activity centers or school classrooms to organize suitable programs. However, there has been no governmental institution trying to understand the services needed by the senior learners and laying emphasis on the service quality of senior learning centers so far. Facing massive population in the aging society, the government cannot satisfy people who strive to learn more. Therefore, only through the usage of a social enterprise business model, which improves the service quality, can meet the needs of senior learners.
The “social enterprise” is a new type of organization that has been used to solve social problems in recent years. It has received great attention both in the academic field and in practice. It takes social welfare as the starting point and uses business models to achieve profitability and solve social problems. Nowadays, more and more people are joining social enterprises in Taiwan. The government invests funds to promote related policies and encourage the development of social enterprises.
Through in-depth interview, the study is going to conduct qualitative research to understand the influence of senior learning upon the happiness of seniors and to provide concrete suggestions on the influence of future senior learning on senior happiness. The result of study shows: seniors value and rely on the senior learning very much, which brings positive and elevated happiness in their psyche |
