    Abstract: 金融業和零售業不斷推廣無現金交易,使行動支付成為時下 最熱門的付款方式。本研究根據 DeLone and McLean (D&M)資訊 系統成功模型為主要架構,以多家臺灣便利超商為例。主要探討 行動支付之系統品質、資訊品質和服務品質,是否影響便利超商 店員及其滿意度。
    使用 SMARTPLS3.0 軟體,檢定所有假說的顯著性。本研究 結果顯示,其系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質對滿意度及個人影 響呈正向顯著關係,以及滿意度對個人影響亦呈正向顯著關係。 在個別超商的分析中,超商(A)及超商(B)的結果,與全數樣本分析 結果較為相符。
    The financial industry and the retail industry continue to promote cashless transactions, making mobile payments popular. This study is based on the DeLone and McLean (D&M) information system success model.Take Taiwan's convenience stores as an example. It mainly discusses the system quality, information quality and service quality of mobile payment, and whether it affects the convenience of super store staff and their satisfaction.
    Test the significance of all hypotheses using SMARTPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study show that the system quality, information quality and service quality have a positive relationship with satisfaction and personal impact, and satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on personal influence.In the analysis of each convenience stores, the results of super-business (A) and super-business (B) are more consistent with the results of the full sample analysis.
