    摘要: 本研究係探討使用濕式塗佈工法賦予聚酯針織物單向導濕之效果,本次實驗係選擇改變雕花輪速比之條件,對於已賦予吸濕排汗效果之針織物是否在物性與舒適性方面有提升之功效。
      在使用水性轉移塗佈的前提,先在染色過程中添加了吸濕排汗助劑以提升聚酯針織物的親水性;經由成品定型加工後,再使用水性轉移塗佈機賦予具有單向導濕功效之助劑。本次塗佈機械條件選擇調整雕花輪速比,分別調整為10%與20%,速度一致設定9.5m/min,並比較其單向傳導功效、透氣度、舒適性等等之差異性。
      由實驗結果觀察可得出,雕花輪速比調整為10%的情況下,經由織物液態水分傳導性能測試(Liquid Moisture Management Properties of Textile Fabrics, MMT),與其他物性測試皆比雕花輪速比20%相對來的較理想,代表著雕花輪速比越高不但對於單向傳導有負面影響,甚至達到了潑水的效果,以致於調整到最適當的機械條件對於塗佈工程是一大要點。
    The purpose of this study was to use a one-way moisture transfer to polyester knitted fabrics using a wet coating process. By changing the ratio of the carved wheel speed, it is explored whether the knitted fabric that has been given the moisture wicking effect is improved in terms of physical properties and comfortableness.
      After using aqueous transfer coating, first add moisture wicking assistance in the dyeing process to enhance the hydrophilicity of the polyester knitted fabric. After the finalization of the finished setting product, the aqueous transfer coater is used to impart an auxiliary agent with a one-way moisture transfer effect. The carved wheel speed ratio of the coating machine was set to 10% and 20%, and the speed was both set to 9.5 m/min. The difference of one-way moisture transfer effect, air permeability, comfortableness, and other effects are compared.
      By using the Liquid Moisture Management Properties of Textile Fabrics (MMT), the experimental results can be obtained, that is, when the carved wheel speed ratio is adjusted to 10%, all the physical properties are better than when the carved wheel speed ratio is 20 %. The result shows that when the carved wheel speed is relatively high, it has a negative effect on one-way conduction and even achieves water splashing effect. Therefore, adjusting to the most appropriate mechanical conditions is very important for coating engineering.
