| 摘要: | 金門縣因其特殊的地理位置及豐富的軍事遺址、閩南傳統建築群及金門高粱酒等名產，成為國內極富觀光價值的地區。研究者發現大部分的觀光旅客到金門旅遊，受限於傳統旅行業者規畫的行程，大部分仍偏重在戰地文化軍事遺址及名產商家，較少有系統化的規劃閩南文化聚落的觀光行程。因此，本研究希望透過文獻分析及訪談法，針對金門在地居民，以及產、官、學界代表為主要訪談對象，並運用SWOT會整分析，歸納出金門聚落發展觀光之策略。
本研究目的為：
一、 從產、官、學界及在地居民的角度了解金門聚落發展觀光旅遊的觀點。
二、 探討金門聚落發展觀光之優勢、劣勢、機會及威脅。
三、 運用SWOT分析金門聚落發展觀光之策略。
本研究透過訪談了解金門在地居民及產、官、學界等對金門聚落發展觀光之觀點，並發展出可行的觀光策略。經過訪談整理，以SWOT分析出金門聚落觀光策略的面向包含發揚金門聚落的故事性、結合金門特有的戰地遺址和既有觀光資源、保護美麗的古厝風貌、結合豐富的生態和海洋資源、積極介入制訂建築規範及釐清產權問題、創造整體的觀光產業鏈、重視古厝維護技術的研究與執行及制訂彈性創新的觀光旅遊配套措施。
Due to its special geographical location and rich military sites, traditional buildings and KINMEN KaoLiang liquor, KINMEN County has become a region of great tourism value in Taiwan. The researchers found that most of the tourists visiting the KINMEN are limited by the travel schedules of traditional travel operators. Most of them still focus on the battlefield cultural and military sites and famous merchants, and there are fewer systematic plans to plan the sightseeing tour of settlement culture. Therefore, this study hopes to use the literature analysis and interview method to target the residents of KINMEN, as well as the representatives of production, government and academic circles as the main interviewees, and using SWOT to analyze the whole process and summarize the strategy of developing and sightseeing in KINMEN.
The purposes of this study are:
1. Understand the views of local residents and producers, officials, and academic circles on the development of sightseeing tours in KINMEN.
2. Explore the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of sightseeing in KINMEN.
3. Use SWOT to analyze the strategy of developing tourism in KINMEN.
Through this interview, this study will learn about the views of KINMEN residents, production, officials, and academic circles on the development of sightseeing in KINMEN, and develop a feasible tourism strategy. After interviews, SWOT analyzed the KINMEN settlement tourism strategy for the story of carrying out the KINMEN settlement, combining the unique battlefield sites of KINMEN and existing tourism resources, protecting the beautiful ancient landscape, combining rich ecological and marine resources, and actively Intervene in the formulation of building codes and clarify property rights issues, create an overall tourism industry chain, attach importance to the research and implementation of ancient house maintenance technology, and formulate flexible and innovative tourism and tourism supporting measures. |
