    摘要: 近年來台灣非營利組織林立,快速成長且發展多元化,非營利組織之興起是為了彌補政府制度失靈、志願失靈之缺失,而非營利組織所運作之經費來源,大多數都是依賴政府補助、企業或民間捐款,來維持組織辦理各項服務活動。大環境經濟不景氣及社會需求的增加,社會福利預算大刪減,非營利組織為達成永續經營的目的,發展出了以營利為手段的新型態組織;由非營利轉型為社會企業。
    社會企業同時兼具了公益與營利的雙重目的,非營利組織面對財務困境,是非營利組織可持續經營最大的挑戰,經濟來源短缺,透過販賣商品及服務來獲取更多收入,組織發展事業化,朝社會企業經營。
    本研究將以社福型非營利組織青少年輔導領域-張秀菊基金會為研究個案,進行深度訪談、探討組織透過本身專長與特性,提供產品或服務。商業模式是闡述如何創造並傳遞價值給客戶,並從中獲利。以社會企業之商業模式經營,新的方式來增加收益,相同機構要如何運用好的策略,來取得產業中的競爭優勢,獲取利潤。這些都將是本研究將進行探討,對其組織發展社會企業現況、面臨之困境與挑戰、對於未來永續發展經營之策略進行分析之議題。
    The number of non-profit organizations (NPO) in Taiwan have multiplied and di-versified in recent years, and this trend is in response to the growing dysfunction of the government and the volunteer system. The maintenance of various organizational activ-ities and services face considerable challenge due to a slumping economy and the in-creasing social demand that arose due to the slashing of the government's social welfare budget. In response, NPOs developed a new course of action that uses for-profit methods to achieve sustainability. NPOs are converting themselves into social enterprises.
    Social enterprises meet both welfare and for-profit purposes. Financial constraints
    remain the key challenge of NPOs to maintain sustainability, and revenue shortage can be addressed through the sale of merchandise and services and the development of the organization into a business-oriented social corporation.
    This study focuses on the Chang Show Jyu Social Welfare Foundation, which or-ganizes and supervises youth education and wellbeing. In-depth interviews were con-ducted to identify the kinds of specialization and characteristics of this organization, as well as the sort of products and services it provides. A business model is the narration of how to create and deliver value to respective clients to exchange for profit. The social corporation's business model is to use new ways to increase revenue, and to strategize in order to attain competitive advantage and strike a profit are issues discussed in this re-search. Further inquiries into the current state of the development of the social enter-prise model, including difficulties, challenges, and its future course of sustainable management, are also addressed.
