Abstract:	本研究主要以安倍晉三在2014年提倡的女性活躍政策是否在日劇中被呈現出來作為問題意識，針對2014年政策提出後日劇所描繪的女性形象，特別是職場上的形象進行考察。分析對象主要將女性主角及非女性主角的作品各選出一齣，詳細地分析女性在職場上的表現及形象。 The study focuses on whether the female-active policy advocated by Abe in 2014 was presented in japanese tv dramas. As a problem awareness ,to inspect the image of women especially in the workplace after the 2014 policy. The object of analysis mainly selects the works of female protagonists and non-female protagonists, and analyzes the performance and image of working women in detail.
