台灣的遊戲廠商規模多為千人以內的中型公司,旗下員工光是面對現在的要求工作已經十分吃力,無法適當引入新的技術來應付面對多變的市場挑戰。本研究透過開放式創新的方式引進學界資源,從「組織靈巧能力」的五個命題通過個案進行分析,討論企業透過開放式創新的手段,將組織內的弱勢藉由外部資源來轉化成企業發展的優勢,並使資源適當的配置,讓企業發展暨具有遠見,也能兼顧現有市場的開發。最後,分析而歸納出一套組織靈巧能力的運行機制,期望組織面對問題發生的過程,能夠參考操作開放式創新的流程機制,幫助公司發展出組織靈巧的能力解決問題,並提升技術發展的敏捷性,靈巧地兼顧兩者,創造出產學研究互利模式,優化資訊產品的研發。
I Most of the game manufacturers in Taiwan are medium-sized companies with a scale of less than 1000 people. Their employees are already struggling with the current requirements and cannot properly introduce new technologies to cope with the ever-changing market challenges. This study academic resources are introduced through open innovation, from the "organization dexterity ability" five propositions through case analysis, discussion enterprise through the means of open innovation will borrow the weakness of the organization by external resources into the advantage of enterprise development, and make the resource configuration, appropriate for enterprise development and visionary, can take into account the existing market development. Finally, analysis and summing up the operation mechanism of a flexible capacity, expect organizations face the problem of process, can refer to the operation process of open innovation mechanism, help the company develop the organization's ability to solve problems, and promote technological development of agility, deftly both, create studies mutually beneficial pattern, optimization of information product research and development.
