半導體科技產業被視為二十一世紀最具關鍵性的全球性產業,台灣的晶圓代工、封裝測試產業市佔率皆位全球領先地位。面對韓國及中國的強力競爭,台灣半導體產業如何在技術層面上保持領先成了重要課題,而人才更是其中最重要的一環,其中教育訓練是企業人力資源資產增值與企業組織效益提高的重要途徑。
本研究探討半導體業者運用人工智慧(AI)教育訓練,結合擴增實境(AR),系統性地將知識、技術、能力和發展,配合公司的策略目標及未來規劃,注入企業人力資源,以改善工作績效,增加產能與企業組織效益提高。並藉由資訊系統成功模式、計劃行為理論及權變理論等三項理論為基礎,問卷調查法為研究方法,並以結構方程模式(SEM)作為統計分析,藉以探討使用者自主選擇結合AI及AR教育訓練的關鍵因素。
研究結論將建構半導體業者發展結合AI及AR教育訓練之導入模式、提出半導體業者發展結合AI及AR教育訓練的策略方向、研究成果概念可以複製運用於其他教育訓練機構。
The Semiconductor Industry is considered the most critical global industry in the 21st century. Taiwan's foundry, packaging and testing industry market share is the leader in the world. Facing strong competition from Korea and China, how the Taiwan foundry and packaging and testing industry maintain its position on the technical level becomes an important issue, and talent is most important part of it. Among these, education training is the important way for the human resources to increase its value and for the enterprise to raise its efficiency.
This study investigates the use of artificial intelligence (AI) education and training in the semiconductor industry, in conjunction with the Augmented Reality (AR), systematically integrate knowledge, technology, capabilities and development with the company's strategic goals and future plans, and inject human resources into the enterprise to improve work performance, increase production capacity and improve organizational efficiency. Based on the three theories of Updated D&M IS Success Model, plan behavior theory and contingency theory, the questionnaire survey method being the research method, and the structural equation model (SEM) is used as the statistical analysis to investigate the key factors of the user’s independent choice of combining AI and AR education training.
The conclusion of the study will be to construct the import model of semiconductor industry development combined with AI and AR education training and proposes the development direction of semiconductor industry in conjunction with AI and AR education and training. The concept of research results can be replicated and applied to other educational training institutions.
