藉由本研究結果了解台灣金融從業人員之工作不安全感產生的工作壓力感受,造成員工低度工作敬業心的後果對個人與組織帶來負面影響,並且了解金融從業人員之主動性人格在員工工作不安全感與工作敬業心之間的調節效果。本研究使用「工作不安全感量表」、「工作敬業心量表」與「主動性人格量表」為研究工具,並以SPSS統計分析軟體進行數據分析,研究問卷計發放565份,回收有效問卷計540份,有效樣本回收率95.5%。研究結果發現:(1)金融從業人員工作不安全感與工作敬業心之間具有顯著負相關;(2)金融從業人員之主動性人格與工作敬業心之間具有顯著正相關;(3)金融從業人員之主動性人格對工作不安全感與工作敬業心之調節效果不顯著。
最後,以本研究的結果深入探討,將研究的貢獻與建議提供金融業者與學術界參考。
By this study to understand the financial practitioners of job insecurity feeling, work pressure produced by the staff low work engagement consequences for individuals and organizations have a negative impact, and understand the financial practitioners of proactive personality between employee job insecurity and work engagement regulating effect. In this study, the "job insecurity scale", "job engagement scale" and "proactive personality scale" were used as the research tools, and the SPSS statistical analysis software was used for data analysis. 565 questionnaires were distributed, 540 were effectively recovered, and the effective sample recovery rate was 95.5%. The results show that: (1) there is a significant negative correlation between job insecurity and job engagement of financial workers; (2) there is a significant positive correlation between the proactive personality of financial practitioners and the work engagement; (3) the proactive personality of financial practitioners could not adjust the negative impact of job insecurity on job engagement.
Finally, the research results are discussed in depth, and the contributions and Suggestions are provided for financial industry and academia to references。
