| 摘要: | 本研究旨在探究魔術師建立專業的心理歷程與成長，以敘事理論為研究方法，透過半結構的深入訪談二位具有代表性的魔術師，從魔術師建立專業的歷程、專業建立歷程中遇到的困境與如何突破，以及建立專業的過程中魔術師有了什麼樣的轉變與成長，三個面向進行討論，經分析詮釋後得到以下結論：
一、魔術師建立專業的歷程
（一）魔術的學習緣由是跟外界的互動
（二）從自我移向他人
（三）漸進式走向職業
二、碰到的困境與突破的關鍵
（一）困境不同但概念差不多
（二）認識自己，找到自身優勢與專長
（三）嘗試累積，努力不懈
（四）面對挫折與失敗時試著找回初衷
（五）保有彈性不能害怕改變
三、魔術專業發展歷程帶來人格成長與改變
（一）增加自信與成就感
（二）增加人際關係敏感度
（三）增加問題解決能力
最後，本研究基於上述的發現，對想研究魔術師的研究者以及遇到困境的魔術師提出建議。研究結果也提出使用魔術進行輔導實務工作的可能性與方向。
This study aims to explore the psychological process and growth of magicians who build their professions. The researcher adopted a narrative research approach and conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews with two magicians. The findings were discussed in three aspects: how the magicians build their profession, how they overcome the difficulties within, and how they grow in personality during the magic learning process. Based on the analysis and interpretation, the following conclusions are obtained:
A.The process of magicians building their professions.
1.Learning magic comes through interacting with the outside world.
2.Transitioning from personal interest to performance for others.
3.Becoming a professional magician is a step-by-step process.
B.Encountering difficulties and breaking through barriers
1.Similar struggles across various contexts.
2.Knowing self by discovering one’s own strengths and specialty.
3.Trying to accumulate experience and working hard
4.Trying to find the original motivation in the face of setbacks and failures
5.Being flexible and not afraid to change
C.The development of a professional magician brings growth and change in personality.
1.The increase of confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
2.The increase of interpersonal sensitivity.
3.The increase of problem solving abilities.
Finally, given the findings of this study, the paper provides suggestions to researchers who want to study magicians as well as to those magicians who encounter difficulties. The findings also suggest the possibility and direction for using magic in counseling. |
