摘要: | 個人申請入學管道由於可以同時選填多項志願,因此,可以提供更多校務研究分析的依據。本研究嘗試以大學一年級新生入學個人申請志願填寫分布特性,用以瞭解是否具有入學後轉系行為的參考價值。即學生入學後,若進行轉系行為時,其是否有遵循個人申請志願關聯性趨勢來進行科系之選擇。研究結果顯示,多數學生在轉系時,其轉系後就讀學院與該年度個人申請志願學院的整體佔比關聯性頗高,顯示學生對於自我生涯的主軸學習方向應具有一定的瞭解。即使放大檢視到科系的對應時,也可以發現轉系後就讀科系與整體評估最高佔比志願科系完全符合。顯示以年度個人申請志願填寫的趨勢來做為轉系行為的前導因子評估有其參考價值。而轉系的學生有可能在初期對於科系特性並沒有深入的瞭解,也可以考慮加強高中端的宣導,或是以不分系等方式,協助大一新生探索自我學習興趣。
The individual application for admission to the school can provide a number of volunteers, so it can provide more basis for school research and analysis. This study attempts to fill in the distribution characteristics of volunteers apply for university admissions to explain the transfer behavior of new students after enrollment. That is to say, if a student conducts a transfer behavior after enrolling in school, whether or not he or she follows the trend of personal application for voluntary association to carry out the choice of the department. The results of the study show that most of the students in the transfer, the degree of association between colleges and individuals apply for volunteer colleges is quite high, showing that students have a certain understanding of the main axis of self-care. Even if you zoom in to see the correspondence of the department, you can find that the department after the transfer is in full compliance with the overall evaluation of the highest proportion of the volunteer department. It is useful to show that the trend of the individual application for volunteering to fill in as a leading factor in the transfer behavior and has its reference value. However, students who are transferred may not have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the department at the beginning. In order to solve this problem, we can consider strengthening the promotion of high school, or assisting freshmen to explore their self-learning interests via interdisciplinary program. |
