摘 要
本論文旨在了解寄養家庭主要照顧者與學校老師之間的親師溝通的經歷為何,以及寄養家庭主要照顧者在照顧過程中對寄養兒童的個人特質、本身扮演角色之感受性,並瞭解可如何改善寄養家庭主要照顧者的親師溝通困境。本論文採取質性方式,針對5位寄養家庭主要照顧者進行半結構式訪談,獲得研究結論如下:
1. 寄養家庭主要照顧者眼中寄養兒童個人特質,偏向沒有安全感,且善察言觀色。
2. 寄養家庭主要照顧者功能角色與一般正常家庭家長相同。
3. 相當注重與寄養兒童學校老師的溝通關係。
4. 良好親師溝通可為未來照顧者提供良好經驗與建議。
研究者在最後根據研究所得之結果,針對政府部門以及家庭寄養服務者,且依照目前既有家庭寄養服務之親師溝通經歷,提出建議以及未來可以延伸之研究方向。
Abstract
The study aims to understand the experiment of parent-teacher communication in primary caregiver of foster family when taking care of foster children; The perception of personality in foster children and the role whom plays from the caring process and how to enhance the quality of parent-teacher communication in primary caregiver of foster family. Fine subjects were interviewed for semi-structured interview by the qualitative research in the study. The main findings are as follows:
1. The primary caregiver of foster family thinks the personality of foster children is “insecure” and “observant”.
2. The primary caregiver of foster family thinks whom have the same developmental function as the normal parents when taking care of foster children.
3. The primary caregiver of foster family pays considerable attention the experiment of parent-teacher communication when taking care of foster children.
4. Good parent-teacher communication would provide a great benefit to suggestions and experiments for future caregiver and researchers, respectively.
The researcher finally proposes suggestions and future research direction derived for the currently existing family fostering service in the government sectors and family fostering service contracting department according to the research findings.
