摘要: | 隨著時代的進步與少子化的衝擊,現在就讀大學似乎已非難事,但對目前的大學生而言,這些豐富的改變也為大學生帶來莫大的壓力,以致產生生活上的各種調適問題。
受試大學生在自我分化上呈中上程度之分化,其情緒截斷方面分別與個人背景中之父母教養態度及父母婚姻狀況,具有顯著的相關。顯示目前受試之大學生,其原生家庭中父母採民主開放的教養態度與家庭結構的完整性,對受試者的自我分化具有顯著影響力。
受試大學生在生活適應呈中等程度,其家庭適應方面分別與個人背景中之年級、父母教養態度、父母婚姻狀況及個人在校期間有無工讀經驗等,均具有顯著的相關性。其中在年級部分,以一年級適應性最佳,而四年級各方面適應最不理想,應當是畢業在即,所衍生出的壓力,一時尚未能調適所致。而在父母教養態度及父母婚姻狀態方面均是影響生活適應的重要因素。
由本研究結果顯示,在原生家庭中父母對子女的影響,不僅出現在自我分化上,亦同時影響其生活適應的問題,意即原生家庭中父母親的教養態度及完整之家庭結構,對子女未來皆具有深遠而重大的影響力。
藉此,希望分別針對學校、導師(老師)、家長(父母),在協助與輔導學生和青少年時,能建立他們正確的自我分化概念與良好的生活適應性等方面,為其提供相關具體方法與作為,來做為規劃策略之參考。
With the progress of the times and the impact of the declining birthrate, it seems that it is not difficult to study at the university now. However, for the current university students, these major changes have also cause great pressure on them ,so that various adjustment problems have occurred in life.
The undergraduates are divided into upper and middle levels in self-differentiation, and their emotional truncation has significant correlation with parental attitude and married status in the personal background. It shows that the undergraduates who are currently under the test have a significant influence on the self-differentiation of the subjects in their native families.
The students in the test were moderately adapted to their daily life, and their family adaptations were significantly correlated with the grades in the personal background, parenting attitudes, parental marital status, and personal work experience during school. Among them, in the grade level, the first-grade adaptability is the best, and the fourth-grade is the most unsuitable for all aspects. It should be the pressure of graduation, and the fashion is not adjusted. In terms of parenting attitude and parental marital status, it is an important factor affecting life adaptation.
The results of this study show that the influence of parents on children in the original family not only occurs in self-differentiation, but also affects the problem of life adaptation, which means the parental rearing attitude and complete family structure in the original family, and the future of the children. Both have far-reaching and significant influence.
Therefore, it is hoped when schools, teachers, and parents are assisting and counseling students and adolescents, they can establish their correct concept of self-differentiation and good life adaptability, and provide relevant specific methods. And as a reference for planning strategies. |
