網路查修員工之工作內容主要為排解客戶現場之各種狀況,工作情境多元且複雜,需要持續整合並應用相關知識與經驗以完成工作,因此,組織非常仰賴數位學習系統落實知識移轉的環節。所以,掌握員工使用數位學習系統意願及背後影響使用的因素,便成為重要課題。
為回應此實務需求,本研究利用整合科技接受模式探討網路查修員工之數位學習使用意願;透過275份有效回收問卷,結果顯示,「行為意圖」是影響「使用行為」的關鍵要素,至於「績效預期」與「努力預期」則會對「行為意圖」產生顯著影響。此外,「年齡」對於「績效預期-行為意圖」以及「努力預期-行為意圖」這兩個因果具調節效果;至於「經驗」則會對「促成條件-使用行為」及「努力預期-行為意圖」這兩個因果具調節效果。本研究依據前述發現,於最末提出背後意涵與實務建議,希望有助相關數位學習活動在類似工作人員上的有效推動。
The primary task of a network maintenance staff is to help end users in address-ing and solving problems relevant to Internet or broadband usage. Since corporate staff may encounter complicated situations in various scenarios, up-to-date interdisciplinary domain knowledge or experience is essential for the successful accomplishment of their job. However, the staff must work outside during the workday, which results in a di-lemma in building an appropriate face-to-face training program. An eLearning system is then considered as an alternative for resolving the aforementioned challenge. And it follows that understanding the perception of the staff and their intentions of employing eLearning systems becomes a crucial issue for the firm.
To react to this issue, this thesis applied the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) for exploring this concern. Research findings are based on the 275 respondents from company A, one of the most representative firms in this in-dustry in Taiwan. The results reveal that ‘behavior intention’ determines ‘usage behav-ior,’ whereas ‘performance expectation’ and ‘effort expectancy’ are crucial in determin-ing ‘behavior intention.’ Moreover, ‘age’ has moderating effects on the casual relation-ships between ‘performance expectation’ and ‘behavior intention’ and that of ‘effort expectancy and behavior intention.’ ‘Experience’ has moderating effects on the casual relationship between ‘facilitating conditions’ and ‘usage behavior’ and between ‘effort expectancy’ and ‘behavior intention.
