本研究目的在探究認知失調與壓力間之相關，並檢驗創造性人格特質調節認知失調與壓力知覺的相關。本研究利用google表單將「創造性人格量表」、「壓力知覺量表」，及「認知失調量表」製作成網路問卷。在程序上以方便抽樣方式，邀請269位大學生進行網路型式的問卷填答。結果顯示支持假設一：認知失調與壓力呈現正相關。而在調節效果上，假設二：創造性人格高者之認知失調與壓力間的正相關低於創造性人格低者未獲得支持，此表示創造性人格未調節認知失調與壓力知覺之相關。本研究之結果之理論與實務意涵也會於文中加以討論。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between cognitive dissonance and stress, and to explore the effects of creativity personality traits moderate the relationship between cognitive dissonance and stress. The measurements used the google form to create a web questionnaire including Creative Personality Scale, Stress Perception Scale, and Cognitive Dissonance Scale. This study used a convenient sampling method to survey, and 270 university students were asked to complete above scales. The results of the study show that participants with high cognitive dissonance are positively correlated with stress, which supported hypothesis 1. In terms of moderating effect, the creative personality traits does not moderate between cognitive dissonance and stress, which does not supported hypothesis 2. The implications of these research findings for the relationships among cognitive dissonance, stress, and personality traits are discussed.
