漫画『ONEPIECE』は尾田栄一郎作の人気漫画である。この物語は、主人 公モンキー．D．ルフィが世界最強の王＝「海賊王」になる夢を叶えるべく、前海賊王がグランドライン（偉大なる航路）の最果ての島に残したという「ひとつなぎの大秘宝」ワンピースを求めて、彼の仲間「麦わらの一味」とともに大波乱の航海を続ける冒険活劇である。これまで評者らが注目していることの一つに、「麦わらの一味」の組織の在り方がある。「麦わらの一味」はそれぞれのメンバーの夢を実現するための、相互の信頼関係に基づく対等かつフラットな組織と位置づけられており、現代社会における理想の組織とも評価されている。だが、ルフィが目指しているのは、物語世界において、世界最強の王「海賊王」である。その王を生み出す組織が、完全にフラットで、対等である必要はない。たとえ仲間たちが友情に基づきルフィを支え、ルフィも仲間を支配しようとは思っていなくても、客観的に上下関係が生じるのは何ら不思議なことではないと思われる。本研究では、「麦わらの一味」を、対等な人格に基づく友情を結合の紐帯とする、理想の君臣関係と想定する。
漫畫《ONEPIECE》中海賊團「草帽一夥」的性質日本漫畫作品《onepiece》（中譯：航海王）是尾田榮一郎所創作的人氣作品。故事裡描寫主角「魯夫」為了達成夢想，成為世界最強的王者「海賊王」，他和夥伴「草帽一夥」一同朝向地平線的盡頭尋找前海賊王所留下的大秘寶，同時所發生的各種波瀾萬丈的冒險故事。而其中評論家最關注的在於故事裡「草帽一夥」的組織樣態。過往的評論指出「草帽一夥」是為了實現各自的夢想，而建立在彼此的信任下所組成的平衡對等組織，並且肯定其為現代社會中理想的組織樣貌。然而，魯夫的目標在於成為故事裡世界最強大的王者「海賊王」。產生此王者的組織並不需要具備完全平衡對等的原則。即便同伴們支持著魯夫是出自於他們之間的友情，而魯夫並無統治同伴的意思，但他們之間產生出一種上下階級關係卻也不足為奇。本研究認為透過他們之間對等的友誼關係，「草帽一夥」成為了君臣關係，也就是所謂的家臣團組織。｜Organization in ONE PIECE: The Characteristics of Straw Hat Pirates ONE PIECE is one of Oda Eiichirō's most popular comic series. The story follows the adventures of the protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy. In order to fulfill his dream of becoming the most powerful and strongest king of the world, King of Pirates, Luffy starts his voyage with his crew, Straw Hat Pirates, in search for the priceless treasure ＂One Piece＂ hidden by the former Pirate King in the farthest island of Grand Line. One thing which draws critics attention is the organization of Straw Hat Pirates. The pirate group is considered forming an equal and even organization based on crew's mutual trust in realizing each member 's dream, and it is valued as an ideal organization in modern society. However, what Luffy aims for in the story, is to be the strongest king, King of Pirates. The inner structure of the organization which creates this king is not necessary to be even and equal. Even that both his crew support Luffy based on friendship, and Luffy himself is not willing to rule over his friends, it is not surprised if hierarchical power structure is generated. Therefore, Straw Hat Pirates is supposed to form an ideal relationship of sovereign and subordinate, connected by friendship based on equivalent characters of each member.
