本研究的目的在於探討就托於托嬰中心嬰幼兒的家長,對於是否續讀同體系幼兒園的最終決定,主要受到哪些因素的影響,並進而找到促使家長讓孩子的續讀意願提高的方法,以提供托嬰服務之管理參考。本研究以位於新北市某托嬰中心就讀的學童家長為對象,進行問卷調查的量化分析與焦點訪談的質性分析。問卷調查共發出60份問卷,回收51份,回收率85%,有效率100%。焦點訪談分為有意願及無意願續讀兩組,有意願續讀組有6位家長、無意願續讀組有9位家長。本研究所得結論如下:
一、就托於托嬰中心嬰幼兒之家長對幼兒園的服務品質最期待內容包括教保品質及親師關係、環境設施。
二、就托於托嬰中心嬰幼兒之家長,其續讀幼兒園的意願取決於家長對托嬰中心的滿意度。
三、就托於托嬰中心嬰幼兒之家長,對托嬰中心服務品質的滿意程度和對幼兒園服務品質期待有的正向關聯。
四、家長對托嬰中心的看法與續讀幼兒園的意向可利用P.Z.B.服務缺口模式,應用在托嬰中心的管理及因應策略。
The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect the final decision of study in the same system kindergartens for parents who are enrolled in baby care centers, and then find out ways to encourage parents to increase their willingness to continue their studies. The study conducted questionnaire surveys and focus interviews with parents of schoolchildren attending the Garden Baby Care Center in New Taipei City. A total of 60 questionnaires were sent out from the questionnaire, and 51 were recovered. The response rate was 85% and the effective rate was 100%. The focus interviews were divided into two groups, with willingness and no willingness to continue reading. There were 6 parents in the “with willingness of continue to study” group and 9 parents in the “without willingness of continue to study” group. The conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. The expectation of the quality of the kindergarten for the parents whose child study in the baby center includes the quality of the education, the relationship between parents and teachers, and environmental facilities.
2. The willingness to continue study in the kindergarten of the same system for the parents whose child study in the baby center has a significant positive correlation with the satisfaction of the parents in the baby care center.
3. The satisfaction of the parents in the baby care center has a significant positive correlation with the expectation of the service quality of the kindergarten.
4. Using the P.Z.B. service quality gap model, respond to the 11 questions raised by parents in the focus discussion.
