| 摘要: | 研究者從事小兒科及幼兒教育等工作，對於幼兒照顧、教育服務等相關事務深感重責大任。鑒於護理人員在醫院照護中，護理紀錄皆以紙本記錄為主，隨著嬰幼兒成長快速改變而需要定期更新資料，護理人員耗費很多時間做護理紀錄，這些紀錄未必是即時與準確的，如何導入資訊科技於嬰幼兒健康照顧與品質，讓實務與資訊達到完美運作，透過優質的健康照顧品質，滿足健康成長需求，達到嬰幼兒安全健康成長與發展。
本研究問題探討一、嬰幼兒健康照護，管理資訊系統在家長、托嬰中心與醫療專業之間的覺知為何?二、如何應用資訊建構來促進嬰幼兒健康照護的健康管理系統，以幫助托嬰中心對嬰幼兒成長照護的訊息與管理?
結論:一、從專家對托嬰中心在健康照護的應然面能符合家長對托嬰機構實然面的需求，然而實際機構提供面只能合乎基本的健康照護，例如，發展篩檢、身高體重監測、感染控制及托育人員在職教育訓練。二、基於個人健康檢查紀錄及管理，風險評估及預防保健之健康資訊，常因時間負荷及資料僅做紙本的紀錄，未能有效的應用資訊傳播。三、現有的服務提供缺乏客製化的服務，經常造成家長對機構照護上不安全感。四、家長認為現有的托嬰機構對於疾病照護上缺乏明確的SOP流程及發展健康諮詢服務，例如，兒童預防保健、兒童成長、疾病管控。
建議與反思:日後研究者可藉實務工作進行行動研究，提昇組織實務運作成效。托嬰資訊管理系統建置和執行是透過行動研究成果，提供托嬰中心家長即時了解嬰幼兒於托嬰中心狀況，促進親師間溝通反應，確實提升服務品質。
