摘要: | 依循現代舞發展軌跡進入九○年代中期,呈現出的「新舞蹈」風貌,延續著現代、後現代舞蹈,反叛、創新與實驗精神,並以此精神推翻了長久建構出的舞蹈肢體美學,打破最能展現舞蹈藝術化定義的聯串動作基礎,將不跳舞的概念置入作品之中,如此刻意淡化甚至抽離舞蹈動作元素的表現,呈現出行為與人之互動關係,透過行為表述舞蹈作品理念、議題與思想,強調作品意義、觀眾參與、打破劇場元素、使素人也能舞蹈等觀念;屏除肢體動作後,以大量行為取而代之的新舞蹈,常被提問質疑這是舞蹈嗎?但卻仍在二十一世紀初開始蔓延,奠定著當代舞蹈的發展新頁。
姚淑芬2014年於世紀當代舞團,編創了首部由劇場走進美術館,以髮為中介物,用行為方式探討誓言是否存在的作品《誓‧逝》;這首作品打破場地限制,使觀眾置身於演出場域之中產生互動,並專注於因誓言議題所衍生出的行為表現,同時加入素人演出元素等,這讓《誓‧逝》具備了新舞蹈觀念,也同時擁有專門將議題行為化,行為藝術化呈現的行為藝術特徵,該藝術理論核心「議題」、「表演者」、「時間」、「空間」、「與觀眾的互動」等要素,皆與新舞蹈觀念吻合,故不時有文字工作者將兩者相提並論,著墨於行為表徵意義的撰寫;因此研究者將以行為藝術的五項要素,作為《誓‧逝》的個案分析方法,解讀舞蹈中日益增多的行為特質,探究《誓‧逝》作品中之行為與意涵。
本研究以個案研究法與行為藝術之要素,作為研究與分析基礎,以世紀當代舞團圓長姚淑芬《誓‧逝》作品為例,欲求知:一、瞭解行為藝術發展與其構成要素。二、瞭解現代舞蹈發展中之行為特徵。三、姚淑芬作品《誓‧逝》創作背景與理念探究。 四、《誓‧逝》作品中之存在行為與其意涵。
