摘要: | 本研究旨在探討大臺北地區二度就業在職婦女的「家庭壓力」與「工作調適」現況,並分析不同「個人背景變項」二度就業在職婦女在「家庭壓力」與「工作調適」之差異性,進而探討兩者之間相關性。
本研究以大臺北地區二度就業在職的婦女為研究之母群體,採立意抽樣方式發放問卷550 份,在剔除無效問卷後,實得500 份有效樣本。據以探討二度就業在職婦女之個人基本變項的不同,其在「家庭壓力」與「工作調適」上是否有顯著差異。研究工具包括「個人背景資料」、「家庭壓力問卷」、「工作調適問卷」三部分。所得資料以社會科學統計套裝軟體22.0 版(SPSS 22.0 for Windows)進行資料處理,使用描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較、皮爾森積差相關等進行統計分析。研究結果如下:
一、大臺北地區二度就業在職婦女之整體「家庭壓力」以「子女教養」構面最佳,其次為「家人相處」、最低為「家庭事件」;整體「工作調適」以「工作適任度」構面最佳、其次是「工作滿意度」。
二、大臺北地區二度就業在職婦女婚姻狀態、子女人數對整體「家庭壓力」有.05~.001 的顯著差異。居住地、家庭型態對整體「工作調適」有.001 的顯著差異。
三、大臺北地區二度就業在職婦女之整體「家庭壓力」與整體「工作調適」呈現.05~.01 顯著正相關。
四、最後,歸納研究結果,提出建議提供政府機關或有關單位訂定相關策略之參考。
This research is to probe into the situation in re-employment for displaced woment in greater Taipei area for “family stress” and “work adjustment”. Also analyze the differences “individual background variables” in re-employment for displaced woment in “family stress” and “work adjustment” . Furthermore, probe into the relationship between these two.
This study is on women in re-employment for displaced women in greater Taipei area. Using intentional sampling passing out 550 sheets of questionnaire, after discarding void questionnaire, actual valid questionnaire gathered was 500 sheets. Re-employment for displaced woment, their personal basic ariables according to investigation are different. If there is a significant difference in “family stress” nd “work adjustment”. This research
includes 3 portions “personal background data”, ” family stress questionnaire” and “work adjustment questionnaire”. The data acquired used the software (SPSS 22.0 for Windows) to do the data processing. Using methods includingdescriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVE, Scheffe's post-hoc comparison , and pearson product-moment correlation and others to make the statistical analysis. The result of the study is as below:
1. The re-employment for displaced woment in greater Taipei area as whole “family stress” is “raising their children” was the best facet , secondly “family events”, the lowest “family living”; as a whole work adjustment “work competence” was the best facet secondly is “work satisfaction”.
2. The marriage situation of re-employment for displaced woment and number of children with regards to “family stress” showed .05- .001 difference. The residence of re-employment for displaced woment in greater Taipei area and family type overall has a.001 difference on “work adjustment”.
3. The re-employment for displaced woment in greater Taipei area for “family stress”and “work adjustment” showed .05- .01 which is a significant positive correlation.
4. Lastly, to conclude the results of research - provide proposals for government institutions or related agencies to set relevant strategies for references. |
