    摘要: 本研究旨在透過發掘打工換宿者的深層想法及動機,分析歸納其共同問題及效益,建構出完整的打工換宿體驗歷程。資料蒐集方法採用深度訪談法,訪問10位打工換宿者為研究對象,將訪談所得的資料以紮根理論進行分析,研究結果發現,打工換宿者之參與動機包含:1.對未來職涯探索的好奇;2.對人際歸屬的社會化與安全需求;3.透過旅遊分享豐富生活的吸引力;4.實現自我價值的追求。打工換宿者之效益則可區分為內在效益及外在效益等兩部分,其中內在效益為:1.增進自我成長;2.提升自信和豐富經驗;3.提升資訊能力;4.覺察溝通技巧;5.探究自我人格特質類型;而外在效益為:6.體驗職業環境;7.開發工作機會;8.促進人際關係;9.深化異地生活學習;10.開拓多元視野。打工換宿之風險可歸納為:1.工作時間過長但未獲取等值薪資報酬;2.打工換宿事前資訊真實性判斷不易導致認知落差;3.打工換宿者對風險的意識不足缺乏自身安全管理;4.打工換宿環境的危險與危害導致工作風險;5.打工換宿工作定義未受法令規範致使勞動權益產生隱憂。研究結果期望能作為更多換宿者選擇打工換宿時的心理經驗與勞動層面之參考,並提供未來研究及相關政府管理單位之參考。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the deep thoughts and participative motives of work exchange participants, analyze and summarize their common problems and benefits, and construct a complete experience of work exchange. Data collection was in-depth interview method of 10 work exchange participants. The texts obtained from the interviews are analyzed using grounded theories. The findings of the research showed that the participative motives for work exchange participants include: 1. exploration of the future job career curiosity; 2. socialization and security needs for personal sense of belonging; 3. sharing the appeal of life through travel; 4. realizing the pursuit of self-worth. The benefits of work exchange participant can be divided into internal benefits and external benefits. The internal benefits are: 1. promote self-development; 2. improve self-confidence and experience; 3. improve information skills; 4. identify communication skills 5. explore the types of self-personality traits; and the external benefits are: 6. experience the occupational environment; 7. develop work opportunities; 8. promote interpersonal relationships; 9. deepen the life learning in different places; 10. open up multiple horizons. The risk of work exchange participant can be summarized as: 1. longer working hours but no equivalent salary and compensation; 2. pre-existing information authenticity judgments do not easily lead to cognitive gaps; 3. work exchange participant have a lack of awareness of risk and lack of their own safety management; 4. the dangers and hazards of working and environment lead to work risks; 5. the definition of work exchange is not subject to laws and regulations, causing worries about labor rights and interests. The results of the study were expected to more work exchange participants to use psychological experience and labor level reference when they're choosing work exchange. It also provided reference for future research and related government management units.
