    題名: 組織氣候與工作壓力對食品產業員工身心健康影響之研究

    摘要: 本研究旨在了解組織氣候與工作壓力對食品產業員工身心健康影響之研究,分析不同背景變項的食品產業員工在組織氣候與工作壓力對身心健康的差異情形;並探討組織氣候與工作壓力對身心健康的相關性;分析不同背景變項的食品產業員工在組織氣候與工作壓力對其身心健康的影響。本研究採量化問卷調查法,透過立意抽樣發放問卷,施測樣本450份,實際回收311份有效樣本有效回收率為69.1%,施測樣本之研究工具包括:個人背景因素調查表、組織氣候量表、工作壓力量表與身心健康量表等。施測結果以統計套裝軟體SPSS22進行結果分析。研究結果顯示:不同個人變項在整體組織氣候與工作壓力對身心健康感知上有顯著差異;組織氣候與工作壓力對身心健康感知上有顯著關係;個人背景因素、組織氣候及工作壓力對身心健康具有解釋力。根據研究結果建議:食品產業經營者在組織的調整上能夠更充分授權給員工,以利提升工作的信任感與默契,並在不違背企業宗旨的環境中提供員工在工作概念上能有較自主之發揮空間;在工作量及工作環境上能夠提供員工更多紓解壓力之工作環境,並提供適當的紓壓管道或透過教育訓練提供員工抒解生活壓力的技巧,並促進其身心健康狀況。本研究最大的貢獻為:提供食品產業經營者作為其員工福利措施設計、人力策略擬定與訓練規劃之應用參考。
    This study aims to understand the impact of organizational climate and job stress on the physical and mental health of food industry employees. Analyze the differences in the physical and mental health of the food industry employees in different background variables in the organization climate and job stress; and explore the organizational climate and job stress for physical and mental health; analysis of different background variables of food industry employees to the organizational climate and job stress on their physical and mental health.
    This study adopts a quantitative questionnaire survey method. Through judgmental sampling sending questionnaire, 450 samples were tested, and the effective recovery rate of 311 effective samples was 69.1%. The research tools for testing samples include: Personal background factor questionnaires, organizational climate scales, job stress scales, and physical and mental health scales. The test results were analyzed with the statistical package software SPSS 22. Research shows: Different personal variables have significant differences in the perception of physical and mental health in the overall organizational climate and job stress; organizational climate and job stress to perceive physical and mental health are significant relationships; personal background factors, organizational climate, and job stress have explanatory powers for physical and mental health. Based on the research results suggest that: Food industry operators in organizational adjustment can more fully empower employees, and improve the sense of trust and understanding of the work, and in the environment that does not violate the company's purpose, provide employees with more freedom in the concept of work; In the workload and work environment, employees can provide more work environment to relieve stress. And provide appropriate pressure management channels or provide skills for employees to relieve their stress through education and training and promote their physical and mental health. In this study, the greatest contribution: Provide food industry operators as an application reference for their staff welfare measures design, manpower strategy formulation and training planning.
