Abstract:	在全球已開發國家邁向人口中高齡化的同時，臺灣也是面臨此一趨勢，近年來勞動人口有提早退休的現象，中高齡族群已成為人口結構中比例較高之族群，加上休閒意識的提升，使即將步入中高齡族群的休閒需求增加，因此有關中高齡休閒活動應是一值得探討的議題。本研究主旨在探討中高年齡四十五歲至六十五歲人口休閒活動參與的情況為達上述研究目的。本研究針對現有相關實證研究進行深入探討，並針對中高年齡的休閒參與、瞭解中高齡是否滿意休閒的狀況。本研究抽樣範圍分別臺北市地區健身房的中高齡為研究對象及問卷調查，總計有效問卷為 443份，再以描述性統計、信度分析、相關分析與迴歸分析進行資料分析。研究結果能讓中高齡更了解休閒參與的重要性，並針對需求以提供符合中高年齡更貼切的休閒服務。 While the global developed countries are moving toward an ageing population, Taiwan is also facing this trend. In recent years, the working population has experienced early retirement. The middle-aged and older ethnic groups have become a relatively high percentage of the population structure, plus a sense of leisure. As a result, the leisure needs of the middle-aged and older people will increase. Therefore, leisure activities related to middle-aged and senior residents should be a topic worthy of discussion. The purpose of this study is to investigate the participation of leisure activities of population aged 45 to 65 in middle-aged and high-aged people for the purpose of the above study. This study has conducted in-depth discussions on existing empirical research, and aimed at the leisure participation of middle-aged and senior citizens and the understanding of whether senior citizens are satisfied with leisure. The sampling range of this study was the middle-aged and senior citizens of gymnasiums in Taipei City. The total number of valid questionnaires was 443. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the study will enable middle-aged and older people to understand the importance of leisure participation and respond to the demand to provide more appropriate leisure services in line with the middle-aged and high-aged people.
