摘要: | 隨著運動風氣盛行,水上休閒娛樂已逐漸受到大眾們喜愛,因此人們對於進行水上休閒活動所著用的服裝也相對地重視,因此本實驗針對水類活動所用到的複合織物,做為研究的題目進行探討。
本研究所使用的複合織物是以Nylon+OP的針織布與發泡材進行單面貼合而成。藉由改變複合織物針織布的組織,進而對複合織物的含水量、伸長率、爆破強度、耐磨性、撕裂強度、黏扣強度等性能做探討。
從實驗結果得出,在含水量的部分,布種C最佳,布種F最差,影響因素為紗環排列緊密度及紗長。在伸長率、爆破強度、耐磨性、撕裂強度、黏扣強度等物理性能的部分,布種A皆最佳,布種C皆最差。影響因素為紗環排列緊密度及布的厚薄度。撇除布種A為平紋組織,另外七個布種能適用於針織花紋潛水衣的布種為布種B、布種D、布種H。
在同種紗絲、不同織紋組織織造出的針織物影響含水量及物理性能的原因皆與紗長、布的厚薄度及紗環排列緊密度有關。
With the prevalence of sports, water recreation has gradually been loved by people,so peoplepay attention to garment for the activities of water leisure activities,so this experiment is for composite fabrics be used in water activities, as the study topic to explore.
The composite fabric used in this study was a single-sided laminate of Nylon+OP knitted fabric and foamed material. By changing the structure of the knitted fabric of the composite fabric, the water content, elasticity, burst strength, abrasion resistance, tear strength, and adhesive strength of the composite fabric are discussed.
From the experimental results, it is concluded that in the moisture content part, the cloth type C is the best, and the cloth type F is the worst. The influencing factors are the tightness of the yarn ring arrangement and the yarn length. In the physical properties such as elongation, blasting strength, abrasion resistance, tear strength, and adhesive strength, the cloth type A is the best, and the cloth type C is the worst. The influencing factors are the tightness of the yarn loop arrangement and the thickness of the cloth. The cloth type A is a plain weave, and the other cloth types that can be applied to the knitted pattern wetsuit are cloth type B, cloth type D, and cloth type H.
The reason why the knitted fabrics woven in the same kind of yarn and different textured structures affect the moisture content and physical properties are related to the length of the yarn, the thickness of the cloth and the tightness of the yarn loop arrangement. |
