A total of 310 questionnaires were distributed, 286 online questionnaires were retrieved, with a valid return rate of 92.3%.
The results showed that the organizational reform perception, psychological contract, and mental health are significantly and positively correlated to each other. Psychological contract plays a complete mediating role between organizational reform perception and mental health. The findings can provide the model of reform management elements to large corporations in the merger and acquisition environment. It is expected that the large corporations can pay attention to and promote the importance of employees’ psychological contract, which is an important factor in continuous operation and growth momentum of corporations.
