本研究探討桃園國際機場導入RFID行李分揀系統,行李歷程數據整合行動應用服務,便捷即時的行動應用資訊查詢服務,有助於機場行李提領作業以提升顧客滿意度,分析桃園國際機場行李托運流程可能呈現出的各項環節。本研究以協助航空業者解決行李提領現行問題為目的,選擇質性研究透過專家訪談方式;而研究結果顯示,行李分揀系統整合行動應用,提供旅客資訊快速取得管道,有助於顧客抱怨減少,加速機場行李提領作業來提高顧客滿意度。本研究並建議進行大數據分析行李分揀系統數據,作為桃園國際機場作業效率改善優化,提升機場整體運量之參考。
This study explores the taoyuan international airport Deploy RFID Baggage Handling System. Integrated Baggage Handling Data and Mobile Service application can provide instant information, help the airport Luggage withdraw operation service, and then satisfy customer services. Analyze of the taoyuan international airport baggage process, this research assists airline companies to solve the problem of the current luggage service, to provide passenger information fast access, to reduce customers complain and improve airport luggage services, and hence fulfill customer satisfaction. This study suggests the future big data analysis of baggage sorting system data to improve the working efficiency and optimize airport traffic.
