郵輪產業在21世紀正經歷快速成長階段!而亞洲市場更是全球遊輪業者最重視且最受歡迎的新消費區域。然而，在亞洲郵輪觀光領域一直有塊尚未被明確定義與瞭解之利基市場。因此，本研究將針對台灣與中國大陸的同志遊客進行探索研究，瞭解其在選擇郵輪旅遊時之考量評估準則。過往有關同志遊客之研究議題，主要都聚焦於西方國家的同性戀與雙性戀遊客或是同志遊客之渡假動機等，故過往相關研究結果並無法完整解答本研究預探討之議題。爰此，本文將整合台灣及中國大陸同志遊客之雙方觀點，探討其選擇國際郵輪旅遊時，主要的評選考量準則並進而建立完整的亞洲同志遊客之遊輪旅遊評選模式。此外，本文將結合質化與量化之研究調查方法，首先運用文獻收集、專家深入訪談法、焦點團體法及修正式德菲法萃取海峽兩岸觀光旅遊專家及具豐富旅遊經驗之同志遊客觀點並確立相關評選準則，其次，進一步運用網路層級分析法(analytic network process, ANP)建構出海峽兩岸同志遊客國際郵輪旅遊產品之評選模式。本文研究結果將有助於海峽兩岸觀光主管機關、旅行社業者及國際郵輪供應商在同志遊客郵輪旅遊產品之內容規劃與整體服務品質提升，並提供兩岸同志遊客在郵輪旅遊評選之參考。
In the 21st century, the cruise industry has experienced the unprecedented rapid growth. At the same time, Asia is regarded a burgeoning market, whereas a myriad of cruise lines are enormously keen at expanding into this popular region. Nevertheless, there is a niche mar-ket has not been technically identified insofar. In the foresight, this study aims at exploring the specific selection criteria regarding the gay tourists from both Taiwan and mainland China. Over the previous studies, the related issues had been predominantly focused on the Western homosexual tourists, their vacation motivations and so on. The focal issues ad-dressed in the present research has never been insightful investigated. In accordance with the aforementioned, this paper will combine qualitative (literature review, in-depth inter-views, focus groups, and modified Delphi method) and quantitative (analytic network process, ANP) methods to scrutinize the explicit selection models. Simultaneously, ANP approach is implemented to calculate the overall weights. Above all, the results of this study will bilaterally contribute to the incumbent authorities of Taiwan and Mainland China governments. The cross-strait travel agencies and international cruise suppliers will be tangibly benefited. Overall, references pertaining to how to select a suitable cruise travel package for Asian gay tourists are explicitly identified in this paper.
