Title:	籃球基本技術與競技適能之相關研究 The Relationship between Basic Skills and Sport Fitness in Basketball

Abstract:	本研究的主要目的在探討籃球基本技術及競技適能之相關性，並進一步對籃球員基本技術進行預測，以尋求具代表性的預測變項，並求得可預測的迴歸方程式。以中國文化大學男子籃球隊２８名球員為研究對象，分別進行基本技術及競技適能的測驗，獲得之資料以皮爾遜積差相關、複迴歸與逐步迴歸法對籃球員基本技術及臨場表現進行預測及選出具代表性之預測項目。研究結果顯示：ぇ握力與全身反應及坐姿體前屈呈顯著相關。曲膝仰臥起坐與垂直跳、五點快速投籃及防守步伐呈顯著相關。五點快速投籃與運球、傳球及防守步伐呈顯著相關。運球與登階測驗、傳球及防守步伐呈顯著相關。傳球與防守步伐呈顯著相關。其餘各測驗項目間則無顯著之相關性存在。え在各項籃球基本技術的預測上，都能選出具代表性之預測項目。到目前為止，國內外尚缺乏籃球員基本技術及競技適能的相關性研究，盼各位先進及對籃球技術、體能之研究有同好者，能擴大研究對象、測驗項目，以尋求更完善的結果。 The purpose of this study was to invesigate the relations between basic skills and sport fitness of basketball. Furthermore predicting basic skills to seek for the best discriminate predictors and regression equation. The twenty-eight players of Chinese Culture University male basketball team are the subjects of this study. They had been put to the test of basic skills and sport fitness. The data of the relationship between every variables was from Pearson r, and predicted the basic skills by Aiken's method and Stepwise method, and then chose the most representative one. The results indicated that:ぇbetween Grip Strength and Jumping Reaction Time, Sit and Reach, Sit-Up and Vertical Jump, Speed Spot Shooting, Defensive Movement, Speed Spot Shooting and Control Dribble, Passing, Defensive Movement, Control Dribble and Step Test, Passing, Defensive Movement, Passing and Defensive Movement had the significant relationships(P<0.05). There is no significant relation to other tests.えIn the prediction of basic skills of basketball, we can choose the most representative predictions. At present, there is no relational research of basic skills and of basketball in the world. Expecting that everyone who is interested in researching the skills and sport fitness of basketball can expend their researchs and test items to seek for perfect results.
