Abstract:	本文的目的在於闡述焦點團體法在體育運動休閒科學之應用。焦點團體法是屬於質性研究中的一種收集資料方式。本文先以回顧焦點團體法的發展史，說明此研究方法在社會科學中被發展出來的過程，之後主要被市場行銷者應用於了解人們的需求，直到近十幾年來才開始被許多不同領域的研究者使用。接著，本文介紹焦點團體法的優缺點，以說明此研究方法在體育運動休閒科學相關領域研究的使用時機。
