本研究目的為了解柔道裁判專業素養，並比較不同背景柔道裁判專業素養的差異情形。研究對象為柔道比賽執行裁判，以問卷調查採用便利取樣蒐集，共發出問卷236份，回收有效問卷213份，有效問卷回收率為90%，平均年齡47.51±8.92，男生182名，女生31名，佔14.6%；柔道裁判專業素養因素有六項，分別命名為：競賽管理、執法能力、積極熱愛、心理素質、專業形象、專業進修；結果發現裁判年資較高者的競賽管理、積極熱愛、心理素質、專業形象等顯著高於年資較低的裁判。「柔道裁判專業素養量表」具有良好的效度及信度，未來可以應用在柔道裁判的評鑑上。
The purpose of this study was aim to understand the professionalism of Judo referee through various background factors. Subjects were active Judo referee and data was collected through survey questionnaire. Total of 236 surveys were distributed and 213 returned valid. The return valid ratio was 90%. Participants consist of 182 male and 31 female, and the average age was 47.51±8.92. This research inspected six professionalism factors which include competition management, rule enforcement, passion, psychological quality, appearance, and professional education. The result indicated that higher experience referee equip score higher in competition management, passion, psychological quality, and appearance than lower experience referee. The Judo Referee Professionalism Survey has proper validity and reliability. It can further apply to the future assessment of Judo referee evaluation.
